Every Tuesday, we document our breakfast drive — proof of our commitment to serve. Each entry is a reminder that compassion, when practiced consistently, changes lives.
Another Tuesday, another morning on the streets of Hyderabad. Smile With Shine Welfare Society served hot, freshly cooked breakfast to more than 200 people — daily wage workers at coolie addas, homeless individuals on pavements, roadside dwellers, and anyone who walked up asking. Founder Grace Mani, General Secretary Gangarapu Satyapal, Treasurer Lazarus and Advisor Mary were on the ground, personally placing each plate into waiting hands — hand-to-hand, eye-to-eye.

Another Tuesday, another morning on the streets of Hyderabad. Smile With Shine Welfare Society served hot, homemade breakfast to more than 200 people — daily wage workers at coolie addas, homeless individuals on pavements, roadside dwellers, elderly men and women sitting under the metro, and anyone who came up and said they were hungry. Every warm plate was fully sponsored by Smt. Sarika Garu, whose generosity covered the food, water, packaging and transportation for the entire drive. Founder Grace Mani, General Secretary Gangarapu Satyapal, Treasurer Lazarus and Advisor Mary were on the ground, personally placing each plate into waiting hands — hand-to-hand, eye-to-eye.

Smile With Shine Welfare Society served freshly prepared breakfast to over 200 homeless individuals, daily wage workers at coolie addas, and roadside dwellers. The most important meal of the day? Breakfast. It's very difficult to get through the day if you haven't eaten, first thing in the morning. It helps replenish blood glucose, which helps with concentration and energy, especially for children and students.
Where We Serve
Our NGO organizes breakfast drives on the roadsides every Tuesday, where the meals fulfill the nutritional requirements of people. Water is also served along with the food to quench thirsts.
Our drives reach out to homeless individuals, roadside dwellers, daily wage workers, and anyone in need who might otherwise go without a meal.
